*   The Employee ID number helps the HR and Payroll team to ensure that they identify the correct employee. This is important for customers who may have multiple employees with similar names or may go by a different name than their legal name.
     
*   The updated HR Report clarifies information on each employee's leave and their overall leave status. The HR report now also includes the Employee ID number.
